This new hotel was everything we could wish for. The location is great. It is a ten minute walk to the old town and a very easy stroll along the river to the Ponte Vecchio, but away from the crowds and noise. It was spotlessly clean with plenty of lovely fluffy white towels. And tastefully decorated. The rooms were soundproofed with beautiful soft covered walls and double glazed windows. We slept so well both nights as it was quiet and with internal shutters, you could make the room nice and dark. The staff are amazing! They were all so helpful with restaurant recommendations and helped us out when we were having trouble with booking a car. We will be highly recommending in this to friends that are looking for a great hotel in Florence.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to everything yet peaceful enough for a relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. I also loved the [mention any standout features like the pool, spa, or view]. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I will definitely be coming back!

I had the best room in our honeymoon. As they gave us a sweet that has a big living room and has a great space in the entrance as a dressing room and a balcony in the second floor. Above all, the decor and design of the sweet is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed it a lot. 100% going to it again. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and so nice. The parking is also great and the cost of it was on the range of Italy parking to a lot. The location is a bit far from the center shops 12 minutes away walking but it’s very enjoyable and safe to walk. The hotel has a great view.

The hotel is new and the decor is luxe within the rooms. The walls are wrapped in velvet (not sure how it will wear). The room was spacious. We had beautiful views of the river and in close proximity to historical sites, restaurants, and shopping but not in the midst of the chaos. Wonderfully quiet except for the walking tour groups and weekend revelers heading out. The room came with lots of complimentary snacks and drinks. The staff were friendly and eager to assist. It's definitely a wonderful surprise.

The hotel is great because you can drive straight to it without entering the city which has more limitations for car access. It was recently renovated and was very comfortable. The hotel was walking distance to all the major sites in Florence.
